NCPC International Corp, steadily promotes cooperative achievements

On November 27th, 2012, NCPC International Corp., held a shareholders’ meeting, which was presided over by deputy chairman, Liu Fengchao. Liu Wenfu, the general manager, attended the meeting as the representative of our party’s shareholders. The meeting became a milestone after the pharmaceutical commercial project cooperation was signed between NCPC and Jointown. On November 19th, the capital raised by Jointown was transferred to the account on schedule. In the shareholders’ meeting held on November 27th, the Articles of Association was revised and the new board of directors and supervisors was elected, laying the management foundation for further fulfilling the pharmaceutical logistics project.

A new board meeting was held after the shareholders’ meeting, where the chairman was elected and new members of NCPC International Corp., were chosen. In the meeting, “integrating resources, innovating management, downgrading terminals, upgrading market, increasing revenues, reducing expenditures, giving priority to profits, improving quality, increasing efficiency, and becoming better and stronger” were determined to be the development direction of the company with the aim of striving to develop a better and stronger NCPC International Corp.,, improving development quality as well as fulfilling cooperative achievements.
